LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS

Are you commencing a cafe fitout, restaurant fitout, bar fitout project or a liquor store? We provide a unique drafting service, catering specifically for Liquor License Drawings. Understanding that Liquor License Applications can be a daunting process, we can help by producing the drawings required by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.

CONCRETE PANEL DETAILING

Perth Cadcentre has been involved in the preparation of shop detail drawings of Concrete Tilt Panels and Precast Concrete Panels for the past 30 years and is well recognised within the industry as a leader in this field.

Using our own proprietary software ‘Qikpanel’, each panel is individually detailed clearly showing all cast in items such as grout tubes, inserts, plates and feature grooves or rebates. The area, volume, weight and centre of gravity are also automatically added to the drawing. Separate reinforcing drawings are also provided for each panel type together with an overall panel setout plan.

We also arrange for the lifting and propping designs to be certified by your equipment supplier, these are then clearly shown on the detail drawing.

CAD TRAINING

We specialise in the delivery of targeted AutoCAD training specifically matched to a customer’s needs. This is generally provided as short one on one sessions for business professionals or individuals, at times to suit their schedules. Group training is also available if required.

Short sharp training sessions provide a very cost effect way for customers to get answers to specific questions. This type of training is particularly handy for those who have busy schedules and cannot afford to take whole days off for classroom style training.

For those with limited CAD knowledge, accelerated learning can be achieved by utilising 2 to 3 short training sessions per week. This provides concise increments of learning that can be easily retained, with the opportunity to practice between sessions.

We utilise courseware material with the beginner CAD students. These manuals are available for purchase and are recommended so that practice can be done at home between sessions. As skill levels improve we can then customise the training and focus on more specialised areas.

CAD SUPPORT

We offer expert Technical support for AutoCAD via phone and email. We have extensive knowledge of AutoCAD backed by 37 years of industry experience. Most support issues are resolved promptly by our technical team. If necessary, rare complex issues are escalated to Autodesk worldwide support for analysis.

We provide 30 days of free phone and email technical support as standard for all new purchases.

We generally find most issues can be answered within a few minutes, which we provide as standard service at no charge to our customers. For more complex issues that require research, investigation or drawing analysis, we provide a support service charged by times. This can be tracked on a monthly basis in our job tracking system so that you only pay for support services as it is used. If desired, technical support can be pre-purchased in blocks of 8 hours to the level that you think you may need at discounted rates. We will track the hours used and provide a report each month advising the hours used and the amount remaining.

Perth Cadcentre are specialists in the supply and support of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD &  AutoCAD LT.

SCAN TO CAD CONVERSION

This is a very useful service. You provide a hard copy plan (up to AO size) or pdf/.tiff file of the drawing and we will then convert this to a fully editable AutoCAD.dwg file. This service provides a cost effective option compared to redrawing.

Each job is individual; turnaround time is normally 2 – 3 working days depending on the job size.

LARGE FORMAT DRAWING SCANNING

Do you have drawings that only exist in hard copy? This can be a dangerous situation should they get lost or damaged.

Safely record a digital copy of your manual drawings on your PC or server so they can be viewed or emailed at any time. We can convert these to a CAD format for you when or if required. A fantastic Archive solution!

Scanning is available in wide format up to A0 size drawings.
